Cancellation Policy:

• For cancellations up to 21 days before arrival: The deposit will be converted into a voucher for a reservation within the current year or at most by the following year.
• From 20 days before arrival to no-show: Deposit forfeited.
• For the "NON-REFUNDABLE" rate, in case of cancellation, changes, or no-show, the entire amount of the stay will be charged

Arrival, No-Show:
Arrival must take place on the scheduled day after 4:00 PM. Upon arrival, the identity documents of all guests occupying the room must be presented for registration.
In case of a delay, the guest must inform the hotel promptly; otherwise, the room will be held until 10:00 AM on the following day, after which the hotel reserves the right to rent the room to third parties.

Early Departure:
If the guest checks out earlier than the agreed stay (unless due to documented force majeure), the hotelier may require payment for the entire booked period (less any unused meals), unless the fault lies with the hotelier or their staff.

Price Calculation:
Family Suite: minimum 2 full-paying persons;
Family Panoramic: minimum 3 full-paying persons.
Discounts: 100% for children from 0 to 4.99 years | 40% for children from 5 to 13.99 years | 20% for the third person aged 14 and over.

Extras:

• Drinks: Not included.
• Tourist Tax: The tourist tax of €2.25 per person per night is not included in the price, applicable to guests from 4 years old, up to a maximum of 10 consecutive nights.
• Restaurant Service: Buffet Free Service or table service at the discretion of management.

Pets: Pets are not allowed.

In case of force majeure or particular circumstances, the management of the hotels and aparthotels of Europa Tourist Group reserves the right to transfer the booking, even partially, to one of our similar properties under the same price conditions and with the same services.
